Description of Services:	Nurse Practitioner-led medical clinic Nurse practitioners (NP) are registered nurses with advanced university education who provide personalized, quality health care to patients Works in partnership with Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Dietitians, Social Workers and collaboratively with Physicians Offers a variety of health care services including: counselling and education diagnosing and treating illness and/or injuries ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests performing physical check-ups referrals to family physicians, specialists and other health professionals supportive care through illness treatments and/or procedures writing prescriptions Provides a walk-in clinic for registered patients
