One-on-one and group-based physiotherapy for adults who have limited or no access to physiotherapy services * progression and maintenance levels of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality, or prevent functional decline or injury, or to maintain functionality * individual service treatments include:
Pulmonary Rehab - An 8-week education and supervised exercise program for individuals living with COPD or other chronic lung diseases GLA:D Canada - A 7-week, research-based education and exercise program for people with hip and/or knee osteoarthritis EFEA (Exercise For Everyday Activities) - A 7-week, education and function-focused exercise program for people with balance and mobility issues LIFT - A 7-week, education and exercise program for people with shoulder pain * exercise is focused on regaining movement and functional abilities in the injured shoulder |
