| Description of Services: | Mood and Anxiety Services provides consultation for children and adolescents, aged 18 and under, with concerns about anxiety or mood disorders. Time-limited treatment including cognitive behavioural therapy and psychoeducation in individual and group formats. | ||

| Application: | A referral is required from a family doctor, paediatrician or psychiatrist. Referrals are processed through Access CAMH, see website for referral form. Families/youth will be encouraged to complete online screening questionnaires in order to help triage effectively. | ||
