| Admissibilité / population desservie: | Medically stable residents of Niagara Region with a confirmed cancer diagnosis * must demonstrate potential to improve functionality * must be motivated and willing to participate * must be able to tolerate two hours of activity in a group setting * must be able to understand, follow instructions, and learn * must be able to manage own personal care (or have caregiver available to help) while on site * must be able to arrange own transportation | ||
