  • Offers primary care, footcare and programs to individuals living in Thunder Bay rural communities
  • Serves individuals who are having difficulty finding health care, or who have barriers and access issues, such as geography, or who may be at a higher risk of poor health
  • Offers a multidisciplinary health care team including nurse practitioners, medical doctors, footcare nurses, community health workers, diabetes education, onsite lab services (Thu) and walk-in clinics (Wed)
  • Diagnoses, treats and refers clients within their scope of practice
  • Treats cuts, common colds, fever, earaches, minor infections, bruises, sprains and skin skin complaints
  • Offers regular foot care by appointment
  • Requirements
    Fees: Most services covered by OHIP
