  • Provides education and information on the consequences of alcohol consumption during pregnancy
  • Offers individual and group counselling sessions
  • Offers parenting classes
  • Hosts community kitchens, baby food making workshops, and breakfast learning programs
  • Provides information sessions for teens
  • Advises on the following:
    • Alcohol Related Birth Defects (ARBD)
    • Alcohol Related Neurodevelopmental Disorder (ARND)
    • Fetal Alcohol Effects (FAE)
    • Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS)
    • Partial Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (PFAS)
