Description of Services: In-home trauma-informed occupational therapy (OT) services for francophones * services include:
  • assesses client's condition and safety of their home
  • helps client get mobility aids through the Assistive Devices Programs (ADP) and home safety equipment
  • offers education on strategies to cope with persistent pain
Fall prevention exercise programs for francophones are offered at the centre, at St-Philippe church in Burlington and at Notre-Dame church in Hamilton
