Description of Services: Group psychotherapy for adults with anxiety and depression * areas of focus include:
  • mild to moderate anxiety and anxiety-related disorders (e.g., OCD, social phobia, panic disorder)
  • mild to moderate depression
  • attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • perinatal depression or anxiety related to the challenges of motherhood for individuals who are pregnant or have given birth within the past year

Fees: Free
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults 18 years and older who live in Burlington or surrounding areas or have a family physician located in Burlington and are experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues related to one or more of the following: anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, or perinatal, and are subject to an assessment by one of the psychotherapists
