Non-medical, Individualized programming assistance for adults with physical disabilities or acquired brain injuries to manage the activities of daily living in an apartment setting * access to a multi-disciplinary clinical team including behaviour therapy, psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech language pathology * services are provided on a scheduled and "on-call" basis
