Description of Services: Home visiting program for families whose children are experiencing, or are at risk for, developmental delays * infant development consultants assess child's development, creates activities and identifies toys to promote child's development, and connects parents to community services and resources
Requirements
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Families in the Niagara region with infants and children, birth to school entry who: were born prematurely * have a diagnosis that could impact their child’s development * were multiple births such as twins, triplets * experienced challenges at birth or early in life * are experiencing developmental differences
